Häfele Singapore holds first Product Knowledge Training Workshop with Studio Partners

On 6^th July 2017, Hafele Singapore organized its first-ever training workshop to support our 10 confirmed Studio Partners since our launch of the program in April 2017. We were delighted in the turnout as it was almost full house!

This training workshop focused on two topics, mainly GRASS drawer slide system and Hafele Flap Fittings. We were honoured to have two important guests from GRASS movement systems, Managing Director, Mr. David Maitland and Area Sales Manager, Mr. Norbert Claus to join us and meet our Studio Partners. Mr. Nobert is a veteran who has almost 40 years of experiences in GRASS systems and technologies. He shared generously on the mega trends of Kitchen and offered useful marketing tips on how to sell SCALA Drawers. It was followed by an hour of lunch and second part of the training workshop by Mr. Danny Subramani. Now, as our Business Development Manager and one of the team members for Studio Partner Program, he also has actively involved in planning trainings for our partners. In his training, he shared on the history and current trends of flap fittings, and know-how of Hafele’s FREE family. What was the most interactive moment would be the practical session at the end of each training as people tend to remember and comprehend the points clearer with visuals and practice.

There will be more trainings available for our partners so we could serve our ultimate customers – homeowners better.
