Dialock

With Dialock, furniture, too, can be seamlessly integrated into overall access control systems. Components designed to electronically lock all types of doors and locks enable universal locking solutions, from underground car parks to external and interior doors to reception desks and office desks.

Compared with mechanical solutions, electronically locking furniture doors offer considerable benefits in terms of security, company organisation and aesthetics. For example, lost or stolen keys can simply be blocked in the system and replaced at minimal expense. Using an electronic system is also the only way to grant flexible access authorisations, such as time restrictions.

Furthermore, electronic solutions also bring aesthetic benefits, for example by preventing locks on display cabinets from detracting from the overall visual impression in exclusive stores. Even on display cabinets made entirely from glass, the lock cases can be fitted unobtrusively. And with comprehensive access solutions, all locking points – from external and interior doors to furniture – can be controlled with a single electronic key. This type of concept is particularly effective in hospitals and office buildings, for
example.

System
The Dialock Furniture Terminal (DFT) lays the tech-nical foundation for integrating furniture locks. The component of the Dialock electronic locking system works as a central control unit with a Tag-it ISO processor. An antenna, which can either be visible or installed beneath a veneer, enables DFT to respond to the electronic key's preprogrammed transponder without any contact. Up to eleven locks can be operated simultaneously and up to eight individually. It is also possible to combine multiple modules to create larger systems.
